Luglio 10th, 2019 Riccardo Fucile “SALVINI NON MI HA CHIESTO NULLA”… DOPO TANTI PROCLAMI IL LEGHISTA FA RETROMARCIA DURANTE IL VERTICE A PALAZZO CHIGI
I porti sono aperti, in fondo “Matteo Salvini non me lo ha neanche chiesto”. P
arole del ministro della Difesa Elisabetta Trenta, al termine di un vertice a Palazzo Chigi con il titolare del Viminale e il premier Giuseppe Conte durato poco meno di un’ora.
Parole che smentiscono giorni e giorni di narrazione salviniana, secondo la quale le navi della Marina militare insieme alle motovedette della Guardia di finanza avrebbero dovuto chiudere i porti e bloccare anche fisicamente gli sbarchi.
Salvini e Trenta non si parlavano da giorni.
Tra loro c’è stato molto più di un problema politico, bensì un problema di divisione dei poteri dello Stato e delle competenze. Tutto ciò ruota attorno al tema dell’immigrazione e al ruolo della Marina militare, le cui navi, il titolare del Viminale avrebbe voluto schierare davanti ai porti per bloccarli.
Il premier Conte questa sera ha fatti sedere i due ministri attorno allo stesso tavolo per una prova di disgelo. Ma soprattutto è qui che il titolare della Difesa ha messo in chiaro che la competenza sulla Marina militare è sua: “Decido io”.
Il blocco dei porti da parte delle navi della Marina per frenare l’immigrazione? “Ma guardate, io questa cosa l’ho letta dai giornali perchè il ministro Salvini non me l’ha chiesta”, dice Trenta in versione pompiere lasciando il vertice a Palazzo Chigi.
Sta di fatto che poi, frenando tutto ciò che il Viminale ha fatto trapelare nei giorni scorsi, il ministro della Difesa sottolinea che la Marina Militare “continuerà a fare quel che ha sempre fatto”, agendo “nell’ambito delle 24 miglia marittime in concorso con la Gdf o la Guardia costiera”.
Trenta rimarca anche come una nave della Marina Militare schierata a difesa dei porti “creerebbe problemi”. Infine “la Marina risponde al ministro di riferimento”, dunque alla Difesa.
Trenta ha messo sul tavolo di Palazzo Chigi leggi e regolamenti. Fonti vicine al ministro Trenta sottolineano che il clima è stato positivo ma la premessa di tutto, messa in chiaro del titolare del dicastero è stata: “Prima di parlare, bisogna studiare le norme”.
L’arrivo, sabato sera a Lampedusa, della nave Alex della Ong Mediterranea con a bordo i migranti non ha fatto altro che acuire uno scontro, rimasto fino ad allora sottotraccia, tra Viminale e Difesa. Da quel momento è stato un crescendo di tensione, girandole di telefonate in cui sono stati coinvolti anche i vertici delle Forze armate, fino all’intervento del premier Giuseppe Conte che ha convocato la riunione.
L’invito recita così: “Da alcune settimane stiamo assistendo a un progressivo incremento del numero di imbarcazioni che trasportano migranti. Diventa pertanto ancora più urgente coordinare le iniziative dei ministeri competenti, anche al fine di evitare che possano ingenerarsi sovrapposizioni o malintesi che finirebbero per nuocere alla nostra azione”. È tutto qui il nodo della questione che il presidente del Consiglio ha provato a sciogliere facendo sedere allo stesso tavolo non solo Salvini e Trenta, ma anche il ministro dei Trasporti Danilo Toninelli, dell’Economia Giovanni Tria e degli Affari esteri Enzo Moavero Milanesi.
È chiaro che Salvini abbia provato a giocare le sue carte paventando con lo schieramento delle navi della marina militare a difesa dei porti una sorta di blocco navale.
La sua è stata più che altro un’uscita a effetto perchè, fermo restando che l’esecutivo è libero di pianificare l’impiego dei mezzi per il contrasto all’immigrazione, una scelta del genere non può non prevedere un passaggio con gli uffici del Quirinale dal momento che il presidente della Repubblica è il capo delle Forze armate.
Comunque sia il ministro Trenta ha messo sul tavolo i due articoli del Codice dell’ordinamento militare, il 111 e il 115: “La Marina militare svolge vigilanza al di là del limite esterno de mare territoriale” e può integrare il ruolo della Guardia costiera “in base alle direttive emanate d’intesa fra il ministro delle Infrastrutture e dei trasporti e il ministero della Difesa, sentite, se occorre, le altre amministrazioni interessate”.
Modificare quindi l’impiego delle navi della Marina non è così semplice come ritiene il ministro dell’Interno. Tanto è vero che lo stesso leader leghista chiude la serata con parole nettamente diverse rispetto a quelle di pochi giorni fa: “A me basta che le navi delle forze armate difendano i confini via terra, via mare, via aereo: esercito, Marina militare, Guardia di finanza. Se ciascuno fa il suo in Italia entra chi ha il permesso di entrare”.
I porti dunque sono e resteranno aperti.

Classe 1976, laurea in Sociologia, è stata un’educatrice specializzata nella cura delle persone affette da disabilità psichica.
Da segretaria della Lega cittadina, prima, e da amministratrice, poi, la linea è quella del pugno di ferro di stampo salviniano. Dalle ultime polemiche sul Ramadan non più tardi dello scorso aprile – “Niente spazi a chi non si adegua ai nostri principi” – alle ordinanze contro i clochard e contro i venditori di rose e di mimose l’8 marzo.
Fino a quella proposta, firmata nel 2018 dal segretario lombardo del partito Paolo Grimoldi, e subito condivisa su Facebook da Locatelli che mise in imbarazzo il suo sindaco: “Chiederemo a tutti gli amministratori della Lega in Lombardia di rimuovere immediatamente dai loro uffici pubblici la foto di Mattarella, che non rappresenta più un garante imparziale dei cittadini”.
Da quando è parlamentare, la sua bacheca Facebook è diventata un raccoglitore di post e di re-post contro i migranti, contro le Ong e contro Carola Rackete.

Luglio 10th, 2019 Riccardo Fucile LO STRAFALCIONE E’ APPARSO SULLE T-SHIRT INDOSSATE E FA RIDERE IL WEB: “PRIMA L’ITALIANO”
“Prima i toscani”. Uno slogan in perfetto stile leghista quello che sei consiglieri regionali del 
partito del vicepremier Matteo Salvini hanno esibito su altrettante magliette per protestare contro una proposta di legge per l’assistenza sociale ai migranti voluta dalla giunta del governatore Enrico Rossi.
Se non fosse che la divisione in sillabe della frase, stampata sulle t-shirt, è sbagliata: “Pri-ma i Tos-ca-ni” invece della formula corretta di “Pri-ma i To-sca-ni”.
Un errore da matita rossa che non è passato inosservato sui social, con la pagina satirica de “I socialisti gaudenti” che per prima ha fatto notare lo strafalcione.
Impresso a caratteri cubitali, sopra il simbolo della Lega, sulle magliette dei consiglieri Elisa Montemagni, Luciana Bartolini, Roberto Salvini, Jacopo Alberti, Roberto Biasci e Marco Casucci.
E non si sono fatti attendere i commenti ironici degli utenti di Facebook: “Prima l’italiano”, scrive uno.
“Prima le scuole elementari, poi semmai le medie”, commenta un altro.
Ma l’errore è diventato subito anche terreno di scontro politico, con il sindaco di Firenze, Dario Nardella che ha rilanciato la foto commentando: “Da Firenze, città di Dante io direi: PRIMA L’ITALIANO!!!!!!!!! To-sca-ni. Segnatevelo magari per la prossima volta “.
“Prima gli italiani? Prima la grammatica. Il gruppo della Lega avrebbe dovuto consultare un abecedario delle elementari per fare una corretta sillabazione (‘to-sca-nì, non ‘tos-ca-ni’) prima di consegnare le magliette al tipografo” hanno detto Paolo Sarti e Tommaso Fattori.
“Oggi è andata in scena una pagliacciata contro una legge giusta nei principi, che è un tentativo di rimediare alle irresponsabili e disumane scelte sul tema dell’immigrazione del governo Cinquestelle-Lega”, hanno aggiunto Sarti e Fattori.

Luglio 10th, 2019 Riccardo Fucile ANDREA CHILELLI ERA NEL COMITATO DI ACCOGLIENZA CHE URLAVA CONTRO I NEGRI “SPACCIATORI”: LUI CHE HA DIVERSI PRECEDENTI PENALI PER SPACCIO
Il nome di Andrea Chilelli, uno dei due uomini arrestati per aver picchiato un uomo del Gambia davanti all’ex centro sociale 32 a San Lorenzo, probabilmente non dirà niente alla maggior parte delle persone.
Ma l’uomo, residente a San Lorenzo e appartenente a quel sottobosco che si muove tra piccola criminalità ed estrema destra, è già apparso davanti alle telecamere qualche mese fa, proprio quando nel quartiere ha messo piede il ministro dell’Interno, Matteo Salvini. Una visita che aveva fatto molto discutere — avvenuta subito dopo la tragica morte della 16enne Desirèe Mariottini — e che ha visto contrapposti da una parte alcuni abitanti del quartiere, dall’altra residenti e spazi sociali.
Una inneggiava al vicepremier, l’altra gli gridava ‘sciacallo’.
Chilelli, noto alle forze dell’ordine per diversi reati anche legati alle sostanze stupefacenti, in diverse interviste rilasciate dopo la visita di Salvini si è espresso contro gli ‘stranieri che spacciano’.
Un tempo il 32 era un centro sociale, oggi non più. È in mano a personaggi che gravitano nel mondo dell’estrema destra, della Curva Sud della Roma e dello spaccio di stupefacenti. Molti hanno precedenti penali.
Ed è proprio all’interno del 32 che il ragazzo del Gambia, entrato un attimo per prendere qualcosa da bere, è stato pestato a sangue da Chilelli e Vitti, che lo hanno spinto fuori urlandogli frasi razziste e prendendolo a calci e pugni in mezzo alla strada.
Chi ha la pelle nera sa che è pericoloso addentrarsi nella ‘parte alta’ di via dei Volsci, dove da qualche tempo svettano anche le bandiere italiane. “Siamo in guerra”, disse Chilelli in un’intervista rilasciata in video alla trasmissione ‘Agorà ‘ proprio qualche giorno dopo il ritrovamento del corpo di Desirèe Mariottini.
“Personalità violenta e connotazione ideologica, razzista e xenofoba”. Così vengono descritti, nell’ordinanza che motiva il loro arresto, Andrea Chilelli e Ivano Vitti. Che hanno dimostrato una evidente “volontà di massacrare una persona soltanto perchè ha una pelle e una nazionalità diversa”.
Il ragazzo del Gambia ferito ha riportato gravi traumi non solo fisici, ma anche psicologici. Soccorso nel parco di Villa Mercede, è stato portato in codice rosso all’ospedale e curato: ha ricevuto trenta giorni di prognosi. Chilelli, che a ottobre inneggiava a Salvini, è lo stesso che colpiva un ragazzo inerme urlando “scimmia, negro di merda, devi annà via, non te volemo qua”.

Luglio 10th, 2019 Riccardo Fucile ACCUSATO DI RIMBORSI TELEFONICI GONFIATI A FAVORE DEL SUO STUDIO PROFESSIONALE .. INDAGATO PER TRUFFA ANCHE PIANA (LEGA) E PER PECULATO LAURO (FORZA ITALIA)
Le cifre non sono certo quelle dei colleghi della Regione, che hanno portato allo scandalo 
“spese pazze”. Ma gli inquirenti fanno sul serio, e la dimostrazione sono gli interrogatori avvenuti nelle ultime due settimane nella caserma del nucleo di polizia tributaria della guardia di Finanza, seguite a un primo report dalla corte dei Conti.
I 15 ex consiglieri comunali sono tutti indagati, per reati che vanno dalla truffa al peculato. Talvolta per cifre più consistenti, altre per acquisti minimali. Di cui ora dovranno chiarire la natura.
Il vicesindaco Stefano Balleari (FdI) assistito dal suo avvocato Alessandro Vaccaro ha scelto di avvalersi della facoltà di non rispondere.
E davanti ai finanzieri, che gli contestavano la truffa aggravata ai danni dello Stato per i rimborsi telefonici “gonfiati” a favore del suo studio professionale, ha ribadito di voler essere sentito nei prossimi giorni direttamente dal pubblico ministero Massimo Terrile. Una richiesta motivata dalla necessità di reperire la documentazione per difendersi.
Lo scorso 1 luglio è stata la volta del presidente del consiglio comunale Alessio Piana (Lega), anche lui accusato di truffa (difeso da Andrea Vernazza): ha risposto per più di un’ora alle domande dei militari.
Più delicata la posizione di Lilli Lauro (che sarà ascoltata nei prossimi giorni), consigliere regionale e comunale di Forza Italia, indagata per peculato. Le contestazioni nei suoi confronti (è assistita dall’avvocato Giuseppe Sciacchitano) ruotano intorno alle bollette telefoniche e alla riparazione di un tablet mai riconsegnato.
La truffa è contestata a chi ha ottenuto illecitamente rimborsi telefonici, il peculato a chi si è appropriato o non ha riconsegnato, oggetti acquistati con denaro pubblico: apparecchi elettronici, libri, pendrive o altro. Il danno economico è piuttosto basso, si parla tra tutto di poco più di diecimila euro, ma l’invito a comparire riguarda anche violazioni per poche decine di euro. Come precisa un inquirente: «Si tratta di reati procedibili a querela e la restituzione della somma non cancella le accuse».
Tutti i consiglieri avranno tempo fino al prossimo 19 luglio per rispondere all’invito a comparire.

Lascia il palazzo dei gruppi di Montecitorio e si dirige verso il suo ufficio di Palazzo Chigi.
Vincenzo Spadafora, che ieri ha attaccato frontalmente Matteo Salvini, adesso usa toni più concilianti ma non per questo rinuncia a ribadire le sue ragioni: “È mio dovere mantenere la barra dritta quando qualcuno del governo o delle varie forze politiche va oltre certi limiti. Io rappresento il governo su questi temi”.
Nel caso specifico il sottosegretario alle Pari Opportunità ha denunciato una “pericolosa deriva sessista” che affligge l’Italia, con l’aggravante che gli “insulti alle donne arrivano proprio dalla politica, anzi dai suoi esponenti più importanti”.
Per queste parole il ministro dell’Interno ha chiesto ancora una volta questa mattina le dimissioni di Spadafora: “Se mi aspetto le scuse? Se uno dice una sciocchezza dovrebbe”. Ma il sottosegretario non ne vuole sapere: “Scusarmi? Quello che mi sento di fare lo faccio. Ieri il mio capo politico ha detto che non mi dimetto e che la vicenda è chiusa. Credo che all’interno del Movimento 5 Stelle ci sia una grande attenzione sui temi civili e dobbiamo continuare perchè sono i temi che ci contraddistinguono dalla Lega”.
